Shipping Policy

🛋️ Made-to-Order Sofas

Most of our sofas are made to order. Once your 50% deposit is received and all order details (such as fabric, layout, and dimensions) are confirmed via email, your item enters production.

We commit to delivering made-to-order sofas within 8 weeks from the moment all details and payment are confirmed.
You will receive an email confirmation when production begins, and another when your sofa is ready for delivery. The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to dispatch.

Please note: lead times may vary slightly depending on fabric availability, logistics, or seasonal holidays. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

🚚 In-Stock Sofas — Available for Delivery Collection

Products marked as Available for Delivery are in stock in the UK and can be dispatched within a few business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and scheduling.

These sofas are perfect if you prefer not to wait for made-to-order production.

📦 Delivery Details

  • Two-man delivery to room of choice, including unpacking and packaging removal (unless otherwise agreed).

  • You’ll be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date once your item is ready.

  • Delivery is currently available across mainland UK. For remote areas or international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

  • If your property has restricted access (narrow staircases, no lift, etc.), please inform us in advance to avoid delays or additional charges.

❗ Delays & Responsibility

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs checks, weather, or transport disruptions).
We’ll notify you of any issues and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is delivered and signed for.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
