Are all sofas in stock?
Most of our sofas are made to order at our European factory.
However, we keep a limited number of our best-selling models available for quick delivery.
If time is important, please contact us to check current availability.
What is the typical lead time for made-to-order sofas?
Our standard production and delivery time is 6–8 weeks from the moment all details are confirmed (layout, fabric, and deposit received).
We’ll keep you updated at every stage — from manufacturing to dispatch.
Can I customise my sofa?
Yes, we offer a wide range of customisation options that you can discuss with our assistant.
You can choose the fabric, stitching, cushions, and more.
Most of our sofas are modular, which means you can build your preferred configuration using standard modules —
for example, wide or narrow armrests, left- or right-hand corner layouts, additional lounge modules,
and versions with or without a sleeping mechanism.
For us, customisation is part of the business — we’ll be happy to discuss your needs and provide tailored options.
How do I place an order?
Once you’ve selected your model and confirmed the specifications with our team,
we’ll issue a 50% deposit invoice to start production.
The balance is due just prior delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and PayPal.
All transactions are processed securely and include VAT.
What warranty do you offer?
Every Blest sofa comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering frame, mechanisms, and upholstery workmanship.
We also provide aftercare advice and replacement covers on request.
Can I return a made-to-order sofa?
Made-to-order sofas are produced to your individual specification, so returns are not possible unless the product is faulty or differs from the approved order.
Of course, we’ll always work with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
How are sofas delivered?
Our sofas are delivered in modular sections for easy access and installation.
Each delivery is carried out by our team or trusted logistics partners,
who will bring the modules inside and assemble the sofa in your home.
We handle every step carefully to make sure your new sofa is set up and ready to enjoy.
