Made-to-Measure Products
All made-to-measure sofas are produced to order based on your selected configuration, fabric and dimensions. For this reason, made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Available for Delivery Products
In-stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
